I have been on the Anthem. The layout is similar. It looks newer than the Anthem. Some things different I noticed are the vending machines, El Loco Fresh, Teppenyaki , Playmakers and it has vending machines. I think I will really like this ship. I am booked on the Odyssy at the end of the year. Thanks for sharing.
I watched the Odyssey of the Seas dock in Aruba this morning. Seeing it's bulk go by in front of my room was incredible. What an amazing ship. Unfortunately I could never do a cruise. Being stuck on a ship with thousands of people isn't my thing, although I'd love to hangout in the maintenance areas for a few days. That would be really cool seeing how the whole thing works.
We recently did a family Mediterranean Cruise on this ship and it was absolutely spectacular. The staterooms were larger than we thought, and we had two joining balcony rooms which made it even better with an expanded deck and 2 bathrooms! The staff and service is the best I have ever seen. Food excellent.

The buffet (windjammer), the main dining room, Sorrentos Pizza, Cafe 270, Solarium Bistro, El Loco Fresh and Cafe Promenade are all included in your cruise fare.

Hey Jason! Great question…. Me personally, I would probably go with one of the Oasis class ships. They are amazing and with 5 of them sailing, you have a better opportunity for different rates and itineraries. Icon is Iconic, but it’s a pretty high price point. If you like the price and itinerary of Odyssey then it’s a great bet, but Oasis class are really amazing too! I would caution that Allure is not scheduled to get all the bells and whistles of the other Oasis class ships until next year…
If you mean as an employee, there are several websites for recruiting companies that help people find jobs on cruise ships. You can also just google cruise ship jobs and the top results will be from companies like Royal Caribbean and Carnival…

For me i do think Quantum class ships (Anthem, Ovation, Spectrum, Quantum and Odyssey) are the right size ships for me since i do think Oasis class ships will be too overwhelming for my liking,

After waiting almost two years to sail on her, it was definitely worth it. I enjoyed this class of ship, and would book a quantum class again!

We did a behind the scenes tour on the brand new Celebrity Ascent. We got to visit the bridge, the engine control room and more! It’s pretty amazing.
