Always happy to help. The dehumidifier bars and filter wrenches have been priceless. The dehumidifier bars only cost around $5 per year in electricity to run if running year round (for my electricity rate) so it's well worth it to prevent all the dew and moisture. That might be cheaper than using silica packs.
Thank you. These filter wrenches have been a game changer for me. No more struggling with those floppy wrap around can openers to get adapters and filters unstuck.
Thanks for video. Be sure to weight your scope when using the Telegizmo scope cover. It’s solidly made, beat out there for its purpose but lends a lot of top weight and makes a fairly large sail on a refractor. Light winds of less than 10mph tipped my 5-inch refractor over. I was actually watching how it reacted to the breeze, when it tipped. Utterly horrifying to watch as it hit the ground.
For sure. I 3D printed that clamp and attached it to the MiniPC using double sided adhesive. This clamp works for both vixen and losmandy dovetails (just use a longer bolt for losmandy). Here is the link to the design: www.thingiverse.com/thing:2060384 You can get it 3D printed from that file at a local library too in most cases.
Great video never heard of dehumidified bars before! And the filter wrenches are priceless, thank you.

Great choices!
Thanks for the info on the gun safe heater! Ordered mine!
Very good list of items I did not know I needed! Thanks for sharing, Subbed!
I just ordered both styles of filter wrench - great recommendations!

Great thing with the heat bars

Very usefull. Really like this very practical list of accessories.
Thank you. I hope some of these will be useful to others :)
Excellent list. I might get a few items from your list.
Another great idea is leather garden gloves for loosening knobs, especially when it’s cold or you are a woman.
Can I get some information on the mount you have on the Mele Quieter?
