I love this angle of videography because it shows much more about his movement over the ice and you can see the height of the jumps. It's also feels more like being there in person because it's all from one above camera perspective. He is just all over the place. Stellar performance. I'm very happy for him.

To all you guys asking why’s he repeating the same program here’s why... “Skating programs take enormous time and effort to develop - they must have a long life. The half hour it took to work out a single turn that will take up just a few seconds in a program. Even as skaters perform the same program, it constantly evolves - the skater, coach, and choreographer ascertain what parts don’t work and improve them by changing the choreography, or more practice of the tough parts, or changing the costume. I agree and add my 🖕🖕, too. Yuzuru has given his life to his art. Blood, sweat, tears, pain. And people still think he 'owes' them in order to be his fan. Like they feel they have a "right" to complain. He doesn't owe anyone an explanation. Ever. They claim to be fans but say "oh we're bored with that, give us something new". Go away if that's how you feel. You are not needed. That kind of attitude only brings negativity. He doesn't need you to love him. There are millions of others who will and do love him without any expectations from him at all.
I like it that he keeps on improving the same programs. The first time you think “oh that’s perfect!” Then he shows you again the same program and you’ll say “Wait it’s even perfecter”. Then again the third time “OMG I thought we reached culmination already. It’s even perfecterer!” I’d hate that a program with great potential is left unpolished.

Why hasn't he changed his program? I know this was the one from last year but I've watched him do it way too many times already! I was expecting something new, does anyone know why he hasn't?
he said with these progs [seimei chopin] he feels its him n he is skating for himself, where as otonal n origin were tributes to plushenko n weir n he didnt feel comfortable with them, as if anyone forced him into those prog
He wants to start skating for himself again, he didn't feel like himself skating to tributes. So, just for 4cc and the worlds he will skate to Chopin and Seimei again. About the "expecting something new", usually skaters don't change their programs in the middle of the season like this.
This program is starting at 2015 He is the one break the record over 322 point Hayu had asthma since he is two years old the long program he choose this program maybe little bit easy on him
I feel you. So many times of repetitive program and even with the mistakes he got the golden medal. it will discourage other players' efforts. very disappointing!

この、バラードと晴明の組合せが１番しっくりきて自分にも合ってるんじゃないかな？だから自信持って演技出来るし高得点を出せる。
オリジンとか他のプログラムはミスがやはり多かった。でもホントはそれではダメなんだと思います。
他のや新しいプログラムにしてもミスなく出来ていつでも何をしても高得点が出せるのが羽生結弦です。それがプロのスケーターの証なんだと思います。
そりゃまあこの曲は彼がスッと手を広げて滑っているだけで様になり、自然な美しさを引き出せますよね。
でも、さすがに他の演目も見てみたいというのもスケートファンの率直な気持ち。
