In West Africa, neighbours Benin and Niger are at loggerheads over a border feud. China's first shipment of crude from Niger was blocked due to the ongoing crisis between the two African neighbours.

Benin is right on this one in my opinion. If you view me as your enemy and have closed your borders to me why then do you want to use my ports.
