I miss the Edgefield so much. Went to school at Evergreen in Olympia so used to come down as often as possible. What a killer show! I dig the semi Black Sabbath tease about 18:30 in. Reminds me of the Zalt from Utah the week earlier. Nice dark vibes this tour makes for a blast of light when they release the tension. Love this version!
Two days later from the Eugene show and I'm still listening to my video recordings of them on my phone. This group will surely "at very least" double in popularity in the next few years. Now I know I've got to go buy better speakers.
We had an incredible line-of-sight right behind Goedde for this, and there was one point where I found myself thinking: man, this is overwhelmingly cool. 🔥 💘💥
Can some axe nerd explain why Ricks tone is so bright and hollow sounding? I really wish his tone had like, more authority or thiccness to it or something because there's a lot to love about this band I just don't think I can listen to that guitar tone for a whole show, even though the dude can clearly play his ass off!
The turnaround on YT videos and Band Camp recordings is incredible! Kudos to the staffer not sleeping after the rock show!
