    He seems so placid, which I like compared to some other chefs you see, but having worked in kitchens, bet he gets heated sometimes, as we all do.

      Sebastian Pilniok They want you to visit their restaurant. Technically you could take notes about what he’s saying as his description seems very detailed.

      Duck a la there is nothing wrong with updating the classics. They are classic for a reason.
