I love that you do your own beauty, hair, and nail routine. It's time consuming but feels so good to do it yourself. My sister always teases me about being cheap because I don't like paying for other people to do those things. I've gotten so good over the years I refuse to pay other people.

I really enjoyed this video. I really like the pop of colour. So true, the emotional and physical really work hand in hand. I have been so focused on working on the emotional side of things that I put off working on my physical, and it really takes a toll on you. I used to hate working out, but now I think of it as selfcare and this has really been motivating me as well as helping me enjoy working out. Thanks for sharing, will definitely use some of the tips you mentioned.

Your hair is the best hair textures i've seen on a Black women it's not to thick or to thin.
I work at a natural hair salon and we use the AG line and the curly magic. The AG conditioner smells soooo good

Fresh is literally one of my top skincare brands. When it comes to the cleanser, masks, and moisturizer. For my serums and Essence its Korean. Do not use a cotton pad for the toner, just put it in you hands and press it into your skin. Cotton pads are a waste, they waste product. The only time you should even use them is if your toner has AHA/BHA's. The roses aren't a gimmick to look pretty. Roses balance the PH of skin, soothes irritation. It is high in vitamin A and C. So don't let the pretty packaging fool you. The fragrance is there naturally, not artificially incase you aren't one for fragrances in your skincare.
