Hi recently discovered your channel and have been enjoying your videos. I am thinking of installing Pella insert replacement windows since it appears easier to order them myself as a homeowner. However, I’ve seen some complaints online about water intrusion on Pella windows. Wondering what your experience has been with the Pella double hung replacement windows. Thanks
Great window review Jeff. I just purchased 9 Catalina E Black capstock windows. Would you happen to have that window in your showroom. If so, can you review it? I saw your other window when you went to the convention but it would be nice to have a more in depth review.
Sergio, congratulations on your new windows! Since I do not sell that product line I do not have any samples of it in my showroom. I will tell you that it's a very nice product and you will enjoy it for a long time.
Jeff, I've been binge watching your videos in the last couple of days. Had Renewal By Andersen come out today, and they gave me a quote of 44,000 for 16 mostly non standard size windows. It's a 46 year old house with original windows. I have your company coming out on Tuesday, and I am looking(hoping) forward to you coming in at a much better price. I will have to say, I did not experience any high sale pressure from their salesman, and he didn't do the buy it today quote,. I did notice it in the written quote. Discounted for buy it today.
Thank you for watching the videos, and for your comments. We're looking forward to meet with you as well. I think you'll see quite a contrast between the way they do business in the way we do. I'm glad to hear that your salesperson wasn't pushy. That is typically not the case.
@ yes, I thought about canceling the appointment but decided to stick it out. I’m glad I didn’t e perience what many of their other potential customers have.
@@HoustonWindowExperts Been doing more research and if what I'm finding out on the internet is anywhere close to being true, RBA is trying to charge me more then triple what I should be paying. I really hope that internet research is correct. LOL!
Thank you for making this informative video! When considering reducing thermal transfer (outside to inside), reducing air infiltration, and increasing sound reduction, how do these Anlin windows stack up against the Infinity by Marvin windows (fiberglass frames)?
Jeff, I’ve got quotes from Marvin Infinity and leaning towards these Infinity windows however I’m also looking at Marvin & Sierra Pacific Aluminum exterior windows with “wood” interiors. Now I can’t make a final decision. Anything to push me going all fiberglass vs Aluminum w/wood interiors?
You have to remember that the wood products are going to have a much deeper frame profile and use a lot deeper of your wall space. Can you accommodate that? What is the reason for wanting a true wood interior? If you do not have a good reason for that, I would avoid a wood product and stick with the fiberglass.
just bought my anlin windows from your team in DFW. Thanks for coming up here
Thank you, we are grateful to work with you! You're going to love your new windows.
I bought Anlin and I'm still looking forward to replacing the rest of my windows. Extremely happy with this product.
Awesome!!

The infinity is going to outperform this product. It's just slightly better.

Why it seems like I cant find a place to just sell me 2 windows
reach out to pella through their trade services. great pricing, way more competitive than what a window dealer will give you
