They were good opponents though!💪 Pain is just a pain in the ass lmao. I think his overall speed is just a tiny bit slower, but it is probably due to the game being 60 fps and not 30 fps anymore like Storm 4. In 30 fps he felt like a fast character for sure! I do have to say that slowdown makes him a better in my opinion. Less room for mistakes and it gives you even more combo opportunities! Fun fact... He can be even more broke up close with his second jutsu, but I decided not to use it that much since people rage a lot when they get hit by that 😅. You said it right!
