man, you sound legit. yet another guy that makes me feel like I will never get there. if I was in Texas, I would take a class or two. great tone, and skillz
You definitely will. I'm lazy as sh... when it comes to working my guitar. I love just playing and improvising so much more. and yet here am I playing all those stuff without difficulty. It's just that you don't want to be in a hurry regarding the results as they will improve by themselves automatically with playing time. When I think about how many times I thought that special part would just be impossible for me to play... Now 'I'm playing them and still feel the exact same way about more complicated stuff that are still out of reach for me. It's neverending, since you make progress without noticing. I'll give you this single advise to save you some time and frustration (and I wish someone would have gave it to me long before): MOST important thing to work on --> consistent vibrato. That's the simple secret key to differentiate a good player from a VERY good one👍. Now grab your axe 😁
Man that was some rock solid, righteous blues-dirt right there. Makes me want to plug in my guitar and turn on my amp this minute, except it's 10 at night and I don't have enough anti-social-volume level credits in the bank to get away with it. Tomorrow though!
Sounds killer! I just scored a Fuchs ODS 50 classic. I've also got a set of Zexcoils in my Harper Guitars Nebula. They are the newer Tribuckers and they are fantastic. Thanks for posting, great tones and great playing, I can tell you are having a blast! Love it!
You got me so hooked up by the sound of this amp that I had to order one. I got the last cream head available in Europe, talking about chance. There's a 112 Eminence Legend 1218 Thiele cabinet on it's way too. 👍 Can't wait to toast those 6l6's ! I guess there's some serious fun ahead 😁
4:00 it gets really good . Those mircrotal bends are always awesome . Great amp , epic playing . Can you post a video of this backing track by itself ?
@@Texasbluesalley I'm sorry to hear that brother . I know you're just a good dude doing your thing in a world that's always been a mess . I just purchased this amp... Any chance you would be able to share your Captor X findings..? If not, no worries... Love this video..! Keep them coming..! 👍🍺🎉🍻🇺🇸
OK I have this combo amp. JJ Tesla tubes going thru 1 12" Celestion gold classic made in UK. Modified by Andy before I move to Europe for dual power 110/220. Not sure how you are controling the squeal and bottoming out with master, and both gain controls on 10. My strat has 1 jb in bridge and 2 other seymour duncan pickups. I am assuming you have the volume control on your strat way way down. I never need to go up that high ever to get super tone.Thanks. Bob
I have questions that probably only you will be able to answer for me on the Fuchs amp I'm trying to find out what the clean channel's Headroom on volume is like before break up no one can seem to answer me. I play through pedals & need that beautiful clean sound but need volume for gig's, I have ask Fuchs and they're just trying to sell me, they're not giving me the answer I'm looking for . Fuchs black jack 21watts is there any way that you and I could have a discussion on this
Depending on what kind of speakers you're using, you can get a pretty loud amount of cleans from this, but if you ever need to play without a PA system (meaning you can't mic the amp and you need the amp to be clean and as loud as drums, you'll definitely wish you had gotten the 50 watt amp in the Casino series instead. That said, it can get quite loud, but if truly clean and loud tone is what you need, I'd opt for the next one up.
Sounds great! But here’s a question. When playing a tube through Two- Notes or a different cab simulator, don’t you lose the “soul” of the amp? I’ve never used anything like Two-Notes or even a Kemper
You lose the volume if you're not listening through a high powered full range speaker, and that volume definitely produces a certain "feel" that's not there if you're listening through headphones or studio monitors. However, for recording purposes you would never know it's not a real cabinet unless someone told you.
Anthony, your playing is like food for the soul. Lifts my spirits every time!
Dude, I've watched you over the years and your drive is paying off . You sound Really good bro ! Great stuff !
This is so good! Thanks for reminding me why I bought the Fullhouse 50!
Phew!!! Just can't believe what a gifted guitar player you are Anthony. Just a supremely beautiful rendition.
This is so crazy good tone and playing. So natural and soulful. Really inspiring. Bravo!
Great stuff! Nice job with the tone and the technique. Really nice to hear the tele at the end.

he's not in Texas. He's in Pennsylvania. :)

Yes sir, one of the reasons I’ve subbed to Anthony way back, when he started Stevie Snacks. Nice job

I did last week. Not surprisingly, not many people saw it. And 20% of them gave it a thumbs down. ruclips.net/video/Yj5CACR9SU4/видео.html

@@Texasbluesalley wow how can that be? This is just one of Stevie's best track, not mentionning the lyrics.

Wow! What a Treat !! Respect !!!
Killer tones man! Shes a keeper for sure! 🎸
Damn that sounds remarkable. I don't know what to get, the Blackjack or the ODS. Love those Zexcoil pups. Great tone and playing. It just pops.

Wow!!!!!!!!! Thanks
nice tone
Well that was pleasant.
Wow great sound! But really difficult to come by one these days. Any tipps for similar (maybe more affordable) amps in that style?

New subscriber question - what gauge and brand of strings on your strat? Really diggin’ your channel!

Shades of Stevie...nice
Wow!!
What are the pickups?
$1500 used . . . I'll stick with my Joyo Taichi for now. It's not the dumbliest option there is, but it does the dumbling I need.
SRV tone..really good and awesome. Any chance to take your on-line lesson in due course? Where to contact?...thanks!
I can only say a 1700 dollar amp should be incredible
I say wow 5 seconds into the video.
wow treble on 10! is this typical for blues rock while using pos 4& 5 on a Strat?
Depends heavily on the amp and speaker combo. This amp isn’t as bright as Fender amps especially through Celestion speakers.
