That was an excellent job getting everyone onto your video!! Great job getting their names recognized and showing how much fun everyone had. I'm already looking forward for HFH 2025!!
Well, it was a challenge. I was grabbing the camera as well as Evan grabbing the camera when we had time. I really didn’t know who he had or what he shot. I’m sure I miss somebody. I know I missed Al from club Dora. Some of the clips were too short to put the names in while editing. Thanks for watching Obie.👊🏻
Great video Todd! What a great way to say thank you to our veterans for their service! Evan is a natural on those machines.Stay safe and have a great day!
Yeah it’s such a great time we had making firewood for some well deserved veterans! They were all so appreciative. Evan is definitely a fast learner! I used to be that way🤣 Thanks for watching 👊🏻
Great time again this year, didn't have to work until dark! It was good seeing you again Todd, and nice to meet Evan! Awesome tracking all the channels I was trying like heck to remember everyone who was there and you have it here.
Well, I gotta say, sir Chris at the time of the big cut, both Evan and I were putting Wolf ridges 17 VS slightly above the axis after running them back to back. Now I see Andrew has really stepped up the game and in my opinion they are both now on a level playing field. Maybe Evan should get me one of each and we can run them side-by-side and splitter wars.😂 it was great seeing you again. Wish we had more time to talk. Thanks for watching and commenting Chris.
I really wanted to attend this year, my schedule this time of year is hectic. However you went right through my town on your way. Remember seeing a big cross on your way?? Stop in next time 1st round is on me!! Great job fellas
What a great event & weekend. I am a slight jealous tho as you are looking forward to a better splitter. You are getting to run just about all of them where I was watching RUclips and targeted the SHO. It sites my needs, so I can't complain as it's worth every penny I paid.😁👍
Yes it is!! Best event that I have the opportunity to get to every year. Yeah running all the different splitters really opens your eyes to what you actually need! Thanks for watching Daniel👊🏻
It was great meeting you there, it was especially great meeting Evan. He is a fine young man. It was a great event for a great cause. I met lots of great people.
Hello James. It sure was another great event!! Nice to meet you and put the face with the name! Appreciate the kind words about Evan! Thanks for watching 👊🏻🇺🇸
You bet we did! That Dyna was awesome. Thanks again for bringing it! Evan is wearing out that shirt. It goes in the wash and as soon as it comes out, he put it back on.😂 Thanks for watching Heath👊🏻🇺🇸
Likewise! I was gonna drop your name in there but you wouldn’t stand still long enough to be able to edit it in🤣 Your an outstanding worker and big asset to our community!! See ya next year Chris👊🏻
Glad that you guys took time out of your busy schedule to make the trip. Good to hear you got home safely. I really appreciate you bringing the equipment and letting Evan run it! He is still talking about that VS😂 Take care Chris👊🏻🇺🇸
What am experience to share with Evan. I'd love to get a 17vs. Evan was a natural on the Dyna. Great highlight video. You guys got a lot done. Great job
Yes, it was. It was very rewarding last year but even more so this year being able to share it with Evan. It was fun watching him have a blast running all the commercial machines. Thanks for watching Jerry.👊🏻
Well, maybe next year Phil . In my opinion, it is the best most rewarding event that I have been to over Bunyan and anything else. Everyone busted their tails to get the job done and left plenty of time for fellowship. Thanks for watching.👊🏻
My 1st big firewood get together and it won’t be my last! Was really great meeting all the “RUclipsr wood hounds” including you and Evan! It’s a day I’ll never forget!
Well, then, I guess we can see you there next year and maybe I’ll get more time to chat with you Joe. I have been to Bunyan and some small collaborations, but this Hoosier event is so far above the rest. So rewarding to spend all day with like-minded wood hounds for a great cause. Thanks for watching.👊🏻
Yes, it was for the second year in a row. It was even more special for me this year being able to bring Evan along. He had a blast meeting all of you guys. We will have to do it more often in the future! Take care BOBBY and thanks for watching 👊🏻🥃
It was! The success wasn’t only the pile of wood we made, but that everybody left there completely fulfilled for the job we did and the cause it went for. Thanks for watching.👊🏻
Awesome footage Todd! Some really good angles and different camera locations! Appreciate you dropping in names! Such a great event. Ready for the next one 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Brandon! I wanted to drop names but didn’t want to leave anyone out! Some of the edits were impossible to put names in on people I just caught a glimpse of🤷♂️ This great community will understand. I had a great time meeting and getting the opportunity to talk with ya!👊🏻
I didn’t know it was possible to make that much firewood in that amount of time! We have done it two years in a row, so it’s possible 🤣Appreciate ya watching Tom👊🏻
Thanks Jacob! I think it turned out ok. Little long, but I felt bad cutting anything out on this one. We had a great time and I’m so glad you made it and we had the opportunity to meet👊🏻
I do love him that’s why I’m teaching him not to get into debt on a side hustle😂 Man how did we miss each other all day? I didn’t get a chance to talk to ya. It got so busy I always miss someone!! Thanks for watching Jason👊🏻
@@toddsoutsideagain yeah, there were quite a few folks I wished I could have talked with. I was trying to stay around my daughter (girl in the yellow shirt). This was our first get together. We had a blast. She ran the Dyna for a bit and the Ultra for a long time.
Our pleasure! Wish there was more time to visit with everyone a little more. There’s always next year! I’m already planning on it! Take care Ted and Sherri👊🏻
Definitely the most rewarding Firewood event I go to! Sometimes the sequel isn’t as good as the original but I think it got even better this year. It was great to see you and Amanda again. Evan had a blast and he is looking forward to it again. Thanks for watching Jeremiah 👊🏻🍻……… oh and thanks for the Shandy🍻
First comment and like! I wanted to make it to indiana this last weekend, didnt happen. Maybe next year. I'd like to get there and help out and meet so many of you guys I watch all the time
It’s definitely well worth it if you can make it! It would be great to meet you Chris. The work is well worth what you come away from this event with! Take care👊🏻
Well, my birthday comes before his😂 That 17 VS was an awesome machine. That was Evan’s dream splitter from the show. He really liked running the Dyna too! I’m guessing it depends on how straight the logs are, but it didn’t seem like there was too much trouble with it when I was around it jamming up. Thanks for watching Steve .👊🏻
Nice to see everyone pulling together for a good cause. QQQ which did you prefer the axis or the 17vs? How about the Dayna? Maybe a video of the different machines you ran.
Great event for sure! I honestly preferred the Wolfe Ridge 17VS. It had a lot of great features that made it just slightly stand out over the Axis in my opinion. However Eastonmade just released a video today on upgrades to their machine which addressed everything it lacked! They just leveled the playing field! You can’t go wrong with either one. The Dyna was an awesome machine! Just way out of my league 😂 Thanks for watching Jim 👊🏻
If you ever get a new Wood splitter get the new Eastern made axes with the bigger motor I think it’s the best on the market but that’s just me it’s easy on your back and makes the less trash of all splitters and can make the best bundle, wood
Vertical splitter is where my heart is for sure. At the time of this show, I was preferring the Wolf Ridge 17 VS after comparing them back to back! Now, Andrew has stepped up his game and added a lot of the features he was lacking. So now I’d say they’re pretty much equal. Maybe someday we’ll see how it goes. Thanks for watching and commenting 👊🏻
Great Footage Todd what Matters You and Evan had a good time at the Hoosier Firewood Hysteria meeting some Incredible People, You and Evan were using the EastonMade Ultra and Axis, Wolfe Ridge, 22RS 17VS, Which of Those Splitters would you have in your Wood Yard,
Thanks! We had an absolute blast! Running all those splitters was amazing! I love the vertical splitters! We had a soft spot for the WR 17VS!! I want one of each😂 The Ultra and the 22RS is my realistic choices! Both great machines! Thanks for watching 👊🏻
Put together very well, cool video TOA. Did they have any Linguine salad .., I like that stuff 😁. Later brother, another question, did you run your 400 at the HFH. Later again . 🍺☑️👍
Thanks Richy! It was hard to get footage with so much good stuff going on! I know the video ran a little long, but I felt bad about cutting anything out. There might’ve been some of that salad. There was so much good food. I probably missed it.😂 I did not personally run the 400 but Evan did for quite a little while. I was kind of busy busy keeping up with the dump trailer and trying to get my hands on some of those awesome splitters! Thanks for watching brother👊🏻🍻
Future is the keyword. I definitely got the chance to narrow it down at this event. Lotta great machines there and great people that let you run them. Thanks for watching Bert. Take care.👊🏻

Great time again this year, didn't have to work until dark! It was good seeing you again Todd, and nice to meet Evan! Awesome tracking all the channels I was trying like heck to remember everyone who was there and you have it here.
It was definitely a good time again! Seems like we got as much or more done too. Less time more machines and people! Thanks for watching Rob👊🏻
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun and you guys probably got spoiled on all the equipment too.
Yes and yes!!🤣 We had a lot of fun conversing with great folks and also fun getting to run commercial machines!! Thanks for watching Kevin👊🏻
Hello Sir Todd and Mr. Evan! Nice to see you guys at the big cut! I see an Eastonmade AXIS in you future!
Well, I gotta say, sir Chris at the time of the big cut, both Evan and I were putting Wolf ridges 17 VS slightly above the axis after running them back to back. Nice video. Lots of wood split.
I’m guessing as much or more than last year in less time. Probably close to 30 full cords. Thanks for donating for the cause Robert👊🏻
Good times right there! Great video Todd! Take care!👍🏻
It sure was Rod. It’s the event. I look forward to every year above the rest! It was good seeing you again. Thanks for watching.👊🏻

I’m bummed you weren’t there either! I was looking forward to seeing you again Bill. Totally understand though. Thanks for watching 👊🏻
Great opportunity and glad you got to go.
It was awesome. Appreciate all the hard work you put in for the cause Rob👊🏻

Another great time! Slightly more relaxed than last year and we still put up some wood!
You bet we did! That Dyna was awesome. Thanks again for bringing it! Evan is wearing out that shirt. It goes in the wash and as soon as it comes out, he put it back on.😂 Thanks for watching Heath👊🏻🇺🇸

Oh yeah, and that VS was probably I know Evan’s favorite of all the splitters there and probably mine too😂
Great footage! So glad you two were there!
It was awesome! Evan had a great time! He is still talking about it. I appreciate all you did to make this happen for a second year in a row Mike👊🏻
Looks like we missed a good time . Great video Todd lots of good people there making it happen.

@@WhackinAxes Haha… I told you you’re gonna be an engineer someday! You gotta buy me one🤣

Thanks Del. The feeling is mutual. We have created such an awesome family of Wood hounds. It’s hard to leave sometimes. Appreciate you.👊🏻🇺🇸
