Newmarket Easter Fair Replaced by New Midsummer Fair!!

It is with regret that I sadly need to inform you,due to the recent and ongoing inclement weather this year's Easter Fair will not take place. I currently have no further news as to whether or not there will be replacement dates SEE UPDATE BELOW later in the year, but I will keep you informed as soon as I know. May I take this opportunity to suggest that this year may be a chance to re-launch the old Newmarket Midsummer Fair in June, bearing in mind former access problems at the site are no longer present, as the school is now closed. This fair, being only 1 week away from the much larger Cambridge event, always attracted rides rarely seen at a small Town Fair,two that spring to mind were, Stanley Thurstons Lightning Jets, and Bob Wilsons Zipper.
So! hope you like this clip show instead, and let's hope we see the real thing later in the year!

FINAL UPDATE! Newmarket Midsummer Fair is back! Dates are Wed 12th thru Sat 15 June 2013 open 6:00pm to 10:00pm daily Sat opens 2:00pm. Make sure you keep your diaries clear for this one, this has the potential to be a massive fair, including visiting attractions not normally seen here!
