    Good video from a professional. One question, for people who is putting 5% down, there must be a hefty mortgage insurance (a sort of penalty). Otherwise banks holding the 95% mortgages will be under water when the prices drop( It sometimes happen)🤣🤣. Like the new Tesla prices in North America.😅😆

    Hello Ankitha , can you suggest good suburbs around Melbourne , which is also good for buying a house and also will be good for travel with maximum 1 hour travel to Melbourne for Job.

      @AnkithaSreedhar  Год назад +1

      Depends on your budget range. Western suburbs are cheaper and closer to the city. Northern suburbs are the second cheapest. East and Southern suburbs are more expensive as it's more established.

    How do you define the first home buyer , example if you have a home in your name in other country .will they be eligible for first home buyer stamp duty concession in australia

    • @AnkithaSreedhar
      @AnkithaSreedhar  Год назад +1

      Having a home in other countries doesn't matter. If you have Australian PR or citizenship and you don't have any principal residence in Australia till now, you will fall under the category of first home buyer and is eligible to get the same benefits.
