Clyde summed it up properly at the end in regards to this younger generation.
I agree Dan. Thank you for watching.
Cpl. Hogue gave us another great story of his service, and insight into where we are today... even if the interview occured twenty years ago. And I couldn't agree more with Mr. Hogue... in war you go in to win... whatever it takes.
Thank you for your service Mr. Hogue - God bless.
Thank you Chet. Clyde is one of my first stories about D-Day. Like I said in the introduction, it is because of men like hime we have had our freedoms. It is because of men like him we need now to fight for our freedoms.
Awesome
Thank you.
I think the bazooka the Germans had was a panzer Faust but I misspelled it but it was a really potent one person tank destroyer/bazooka.
Appreciate the interview very Much.
Thank you Paul!!
Wow what an awesome interview! Thank you for your service sir!! 💪🏼👍🏻👍🏻. Thanks Again Larry 👌🏼
God Bless. I will. Be putting up the American flags on the telephone poles along our little Main St. In Springfield, NH.this year to honor our brave D-day vets. Will be thinking of Clyde.
Just made my morning Larry. Have a blessed day ❤️🇺🇸
Thank you for being there for my Veterans Alvin. Means a lot.
That’s what it means to be an American. God Blessed that man.
Right on!
Jesus…….what this man saw. To hear about a tank making it during the first wave is astonishing. *This was one hell of a catch, Larry. Outstanding interview!!!*
Thank you my friend. I've been wanting to share this story for quite a while. Hard to believe it's been over 21 years since I interviewed him and all of my D-Day Veterans. They are mostly all gone now.
