BBTB strikes again with the "customer return" swapout boxes. I don't understand why they keep saying these items have "light flaws", and can't just be honest that the items are worn/used, swapped out, or have pieces missing. I remember when BBTB used to be an honest company. Really sad.
I haven’t purchased anything from BBTB since I ordered 4 NWT JC MW men’s/women’s boxes and they sent me 4 very flawed boxes. One pair of men’s pants had a skid mark in it 🤢(trashed those). Large holes, very stained. I had to remove all tags and try to wash them. I sent pictures of all the damaged items. They only gave me credit for 10 of 160 items. And the worst part, they didn’t even say sorry for the pants with obvious skid mark. No way for me to make my money back. I don’t have money to waste on pure trash.

It's a bummer that there were so many single pieces. Those are so hard to sell!
When I saw the title I was sad I never saw this box! After watching I'm glad I missed it. What a disaster for J. Crew. Oh no is right. So sorry.
I ordered a similar box a dew months ago and the same type of situation. But I will say the individual pieces still sell, especially the pants.
If the sets were counted as one and singles counted as one then I would reach out for a credit.
I want the green medium pajama set. When will you list them? Or are they already gone.
I have not listed them yet - hopefully I will have them up by the weekend. Definitely keep checking back!
