Nice shave Sig and that's a great looking scrapper for getting out the soap. I have a plastic one for scrapping out the soap. We've been fluctuating between -10C to 16C for temperatures this week, was outside the other day in a T-shirt and the next back to the winter heavy coat. I feel it in my hands sometimes because of having frostbite in them many times in my youth.

Very good Sig! Thanks for the shout-out! It's funny but seeing it in hand, I don't think your hands are much bigger that my own, my fingers are just a little more slender. Yaqi is really bringing it and this looks like another great razor. A little milder than the last, but it looks pretty efficient. Their new adjustable slant is really catching my eye and it has a real innovative design. I don't know if they have a new designer or team, but over the last eight months their stuff has really jumped up to a whole new level. The soap and splash sounds great and after that shave you're ready for the disco! Good luck up north and stay safe Brother!

Not sure about the hand but I can fx easily grab and hold an adult basketball in one hand.
And I agree. Yaqi finishing and design has gotten a lift over the past about a year, since the first Ultima Adj hit the market. Premium if you as me.
The 70SP is as you say almost as efficient as the 90SB; funny how a little scalopping changes the result. 🙌
Not much Disco left in these old hips, but put some ABBA or Bee-Gees on and they magically come alive...🤣

Great video Sig, (Yaqi) + Master soap creations does have some excellent soaps, I have a few and like you mentioned the aftershaves can be addictive to want to use! Razor performed well for you also. I like watching the razor reviews when wanting to buy something even when I have lots of razors!

I'd say they are both neutral exposed. The 70SP is smoother feeling than the 90SB.
They are both great razors. If you have a coarser beard I'd say the 90SB is the way.
However, the 70SP is surprisingly efficient...
Both can be bladed-up or bladed-down.
Put a Feather in the 70SP and you in business, or put a milder blade like the Gillette Wilkinson Sword (India) in the 90SB and it's soft like a lamb skin...
Both are great choices, imho...

Greetings to all lovers of wet classic shaving! Tell me please. Which machine is better suited for shaving every day without skin irritation - yaqi ghost 70 or yaqi ghost 90? I would appreciate it in advance if you would respond 😊
That's a question to which there are many answers.
So many other things factor in. Coarseness of beard, blade, soap, skin sensitivity, post shave products and technique just to mention a few.
You can choose the 70 and use a sharper blade, or use the 90 and maybe use a less sharp blade.
I'd choose the Ti Ghost and a sharper blade.

@@SIGSOLO thank you for your reply Sig. I meant to ask between the Yaqi Vostok 70SB(also popular by the short name 70SB) and Ghost 70SP. My apologies for the confusion earlier, but that is an excellent comparison nonetheless, my friend is also contemplating the ghost heads and I will share this with him!
@@SudeepGupta The Vostok 70 has a bit more blade-feel but is less efficient than the 70SP. YMMY of course...
@@SIGSOLO wow. This is also what I suspected from your video. The Ghost SP had that sweet sound of whiskers being cut, which was louder than the Vostok 70 head. Yaqi has really upped their game a lot with their Ghost series!
