This Operator is one of the best Operators seen on these Cambodian Construction Jobs. Notice he sets the Dozer Blade on the (level) ground and leaves it alone while pushing. Ninety percent of the other Operators are seen JERKING the Blade lever back and forth raising the blade constantly which there's no need for. This operator was actually trained properly or he was smart enough to realize how to operate a Dozer. Watch the right arm of other operators who can't leave the blade lever alone and see how ineffective that is.

আমার মাথায় মনে হয় গিলু কম, একটা লোক কোট টাই টুপি পড়ে দেখছে, ট্রাক ভর্তি মাটি ফেলছে, সে কি এটাও দেখছে না? কা্ল ভার্ট এর মুখ বন্দ হয়ে যাচ্ছে। এই এলাকার পানি কি ভাবে পাছ হবে?আর যদি তার দরকার না হয়,টাকা খরচ করে কার্ল ভার্ট তৈরি করার কি দরকার ছিল?,,,,,,৷৷৷৷৷৷৷৷৷৷৷ 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
