This is my first episode. I found you by looking up the Black Board & you were on U tube. What stopped me to watch your show was not only you said you liked the product BUT how to USE IT. Thank You
Thank you! This is just what I need. Been working on left foot pronation because I've been having trouble feeling my glutes during strength training. Tried on the wall exercises too and nothing. Used bands and rolled up socks under my feet to help activate but feel I need a little more. I will be ordering the Blackboard. Thank you for the coupon code as well. Will be coming back here for more exercises. I can't believe it took me this long to find you guys! :) :)
Awesome! Would this be good for ski prep conditioning? (I have flat feet too, was thinking of getting custom orthotics for my boots but this would be way better)
Great video from you Sir as always. Can you please make a video on how to to tell if lower back pain comes from the back , from the hip or from Si joint. Thanks again.
cool video thanks for the exercises! At 17:00: I already have a kink foot, should I even do the exercise in that position? Because my foot is normally already in "hyperpronation" or am i wrong?
There is a link in comments to blog that describes this more. But flat feet are not the problem. Pronation and flattening of the foot is necessary to absorb forces. Your ability to pronate the foot and access the big toe to activate the windlass mechanism is what is most important to resupinate the foot. Making the foot adaptable and accommodating is the real goal for life and gait.

Me la consigli per la pronazione? Spero che tu riesca a rispondermi con il traduttore 😀

Your thought process is correct, however without seeing your foot I can't confirm exactly what would be best for you. Thanks for watching!
11:00: Too much activation of small glute muscles. Work should be done by Peroneus Longus instead.

the exercises are great but the condition still remains, the feet are still flat!
