I would say triple tonic or absorb life instead of biscuit delivery. At this point, biscuit delivery is just free 120 mana (which basically makes it weaker version of manaflow band). You get 3 biscuits that regenerate 5% MISSING hp, using all 3 of them while you are extremely low hp is the only way to see noticable difference in healing. At this point it can't even be called sustain rune.
@@lonemichi5289 Its not "opinion I've been fed" Its just not that hard to notice that what used to heal me, now doesn't. Even if you use all 3 of them at 1% HP you'll get less than 15% max HP back which means that you'll still be too low to do anything and using it with more hp gets you unnoticable healing which makes them kinda useless in terms of sustain.
Biscuit is THE rune for many champions. Imagine being a Veigar against a non-mana user mid laner. How do you sustain against them in lane while farming for stacks and not run out of mana? Biscuits is the way to go.
Bro prolly plays jg lmfao shit is so good in top lane trades basically allows you to go for another trade eveytime biscuits is up. Most don’t fall for it but biscuits also are really nice threshold buffers, in the top lane where it’s melee v melee fights can come down to differences in 10s of hp it’s good to just throw opponents off thresholds and last 1 wave longer b4 needing to back. The precision tree sustain rune is terrible early game giving a measly 2-4 hp on minion kill. Tonic is just bad. They removed corrupting pot so the only use case is dark seal refillable. Just go Doran’s ring w/ an actual secondary rune at that point lol.
Boneplating is unfortunately a noob trap. This rune does little to nothing once your enemy knows you have it. It procs on the first damage instance you get, but doesn't block anything, so all they have to do is hit you once somehow and then just wait till it disappears. Now you have about 45s without a rune in that slot basically. I would say second wind is by far the most broken rune lvl 1, if you are constantly being in combat.
it’s 55 sec cd for bone plating, but very worth it . The rune is very op in some matchup like vs Renekton,1 instant can block his W 3 times, it forces Renekton and you to play around it . Also Garen’s E .
I’ve seen Ekko mid players use hail of blades against ranged characters so they can proc their passive insanely fast and run away with the ms passive afterwards, but that’s probably an exception and they go electrocute against melees anyway.
Thank you for reading my comment and making this video! I must say I’m kinda sad that Cut Down didn’t make it to top5 as it was my inspiration for my comment 😁 I’m adc main and I slowly see regular players and pro players picking this rune. Explanation is simple - every champion starts game with 100% hp and tries to keep it as high as possible = Cut Down works then. If you play poke champion you job is to poke enemy botlane and just make them recall, killing then is only something extra = Cut Down helps in bringing people to 50% hp. Your main role in team fights is attacking frontline and they are usually going hp and resists = Cut Down working.
I do agree Cut down is op af after the buff, but I’d rather go for Coup as adc . Most Adc need support to take the lead early game, and kills . I think Cut down is more like a support rune, and champ with execute like Garen, urgot.

No way you put bone playing over second wind. Almost every champ in the game has a way to proc it before fighting compared to second wind which will always be useful
@@unsoiledsteak9730 currently every high pick rate top laner aside from garen has an easy way to proc bone plating at range while farming. It has a minute long cd which is plenty of time for most champions to engage. It’s even worse when you consider that it falls off after 1.5 seconds meaning that waiting for the plating to fall off is incredibly easy and makes the rune useless for the rest of the fight. Second wind also scales with any health stacking and works while fighting. Comparatively bone playing blocks at max effectiveness 90-180 damage. Sure it may save you from an early fight where that 90 damage is pretty critical but late game it rarely does anything since it’s specific to one champ in team fights and just in general 180 damage is rarely enough to turn a fight.
@@raithdoom well I mainly play early game champs that are mostly useless if the game goes late. I agree that it's not very useful late and its only purpose is for lane. taking conq as a melee into a non-conq melee laner almost guarantees you win any form of extended trade in lane as long as you play like a human. conq is strong at all points in the game, but it's more noticeable early.
