Luke Owens A100 in October with poor prep but the big one is Arc of Attrition in Jan . Did it last year - awesome race. And them utmb pyranees in July 😬😬 and you?
Adam Lucas-Lucas awesome. Plenty of training videos to make then 😂I’m earlier in running process-first 100k next summer (postponed from this) and Black Mountains ultra in Novemebrt
How’d you manage to get the long day done mostly in the light? Respect for it and I hope I manage it but I see most people end up running through the night. Did you just basically run it all ? What’s your secret🤣
It took me 11 hours - my secret is good consistent training and back to back runs. The long day wasnt so long that year which was a shame as I'd have moved up the rankings as the long day was a strong point for me. I recovered well after each day ad your training will teach the body to do that. Are you doing it this year?
I follow a plan yes. I was coached for mds by DU AND now I coach for the same company- Destination Unknown in Italy. I can’t share a plan but am thinking on loading one up on training peaks to buy. Sorry
Awesome capture of terrain and beauty of the desert! Thanks for sharing! I'm looking to do this race in 2022. Your information has been helpful!
Brilliant! Thanks for taking us along. Love the music selections!
Ben Simon thanks - I think one more to go to finish the series 👍
One of the best video journeys on the mds I’ve seen , well done good job 🏃♂️😀
Appreciate 👍 thanks
Superb vid mate. Love the channel. Keep up the great work 👍 Assume there’s the MDS finish vlog in the pipeline?
It will be coming soon 👍 thanks for watching!
Will you ever do this race again?. I’m thinking about it 😬
Jonathan Guppy I would but totally stripped back - no mat no flip flops low calorie 6kg pack from start Tom Evans style 🤯😭🤩🤪
Adam Lucas-Lucas on the mat, iv got one for my hiking trips is no bigger the a coke can. It’s called “WOLF BASE Ultralight Sleeping Mat”
Jonathan Guppy I’ll check it out thanks for the tip!
Great video. Hope you get back to regular vlogs?
Luke Owens just started running again and working out the editing - I’ll see what I can do - nice to know some one watches them! 😂😂
