Coaching Tips with Casey Brown

Casey Brown, an assistant women's soccer coach at Boston University and one of NSCAA's 30 Under 30 participants, presents the first of a six-part series focusing on the components to train a next-level female soccer player.
The focus of this session is for teams to practice and demonstrate technical aspects of training that translate into functional areas of the game. Brown explains that as a coach it doesn't matter if you are working with U14 club girls or next level division on soccer players, training in technical areas is really important.
