This is the spot commonly know as “the hill,” located at 41°57'48"N 87°56'04"W. At first it may look sketchy to be driving over there, but if you stay on the gravel path as far left as you can just off of North access road, and keep on driving, you’ll approach a little hill you can drive up and park at. It’s quite a popular spotting location, so you may see other spotters there.
