Basically, you need to reach the spinning leg behind you and produce torque to make at least a full turn. Then you just have to hold your body position and balance until you land.
That other dude is ill. He would smoke me no doubt but I think he needs to clean up his sets. It kind of feels like he's just relying on his blow ups. Machine's confidence is off the charts
