They've used vocals multiple times beofore. Check Daemon, Matter and even on Skydancer II

That's true, but the vocals haven't been quite as prevalent as they are in this tune. With Daemon and Skydancer the voice seems more like sound rather than lyrics. I suppose I shouldnt say vocals, but lyrics, rather. Even then, you are right about Matter, It is fairly similar to this song in that respect
