Everybody gave 100% on this - John's vocals (of course), the backup singers, the band, the orchestra, the conductor, and the interaction with the audience. I very much regret that I never had the opportunity to see John live. I can imagine that it was an incredible, unforgettable experience.

This was the final song of this concert. It came after You’re the Voice, Help and I think maybe one other one 🤔 The MSO said that it was the most fun that they’d had playing with John Farnham & his band. You missed the orchestra standing up in time with the music at 3 minutes. Also at 4.33 his microphone stand twirling (although your wine does look nice) Near the end, the backup singers and keytar player all run from the back of the stage to interact with the audience (only took a second to miss).
I find I cannot be distracted or look away during John's performances, always something going on, especially with this high energy video. Well worth going back and watching again.

But John Farnham was a performing genius since he was a child in the 1960s similar to Michael Jackson. Undoubtedly John is the very best of showman performers. And he's also a really nice guy.

I also loved the hair in the 80s because at that time I actually had some . This show was typical of a Farnsey concert everyone in the building was participating and having the best time .he also did a concert with the Sydney Symphony orchestra which was also outstanding but his roadtrip countrywide concert tours with just a pared down band and backup singers were just as memorable and intense ,he is the same bloke off the stage as on it and always genuinely treated his fans with humility and respect .

Not quite, it actaully WAS the last song of this particular concert. There were no more encores after this encore, which had this and Sadie. This was actually the encore AFTER Help (which for some reason many people say was the last song), which itself was also an encore!

The Farnham 'rabbit hole' is very deep and spans a considerable number of years. I recommend you review 'Gesthemene' from JC Superstar the final night. John displays just about everything he had in this one. I think, one of his best.
