    To be fair, MPJ and Air Gordon are also pretty clutch. Game 2 and Game 4 crucial rebounds by AG that won them the game. MPJ shooting 49% from deep and making momentum swinging shots every game. KCP swerves around screens and is a lockdown defender. The whole Nuggets starting five is tough

      one play that stood out to me, and was really overshadowed by Murray's final shot of game 2
      someone threw a long pass to Aaron Gordon, but it was too far, and Gordon was practically falling out of bounds to get it
      and he jumps out of bounds and throws a great pass to Michael Porter Jr. who without hesitation takes the 3 and like so many of Michael Porter Jr.s 3s it was nothing but net

    I feel like the next movement in the NBA is winning the front court game or at the very least, be able to defend against it.
    Seeing the clip of Murray dunking with Lebron rotating on the weak side, it was because the Laker’s biggest guy on the court has to guard Jokic down low. Years ago, a working formula for that was having a legit big like Dwight or Javale face up against Jokic down low while letting AD roam on the weak side. You second guess if you see AD rotating towards you. Last night, there was nothing they could have done on that one play because of who they had on the floor.

They are even in a tougher spot with possibly firing their coach, Lebron and D'Lo player option is going to be a factor and maybe big changes could happen within this team. The Western Conference is going to be more tougher next season with everyone healthy.

      Exactly. Everyone and their moms is talking about ts, it's so oversaturated at this point. Like yeah, there were great games, but most of the time it's literally as simple as the better team winning.

    They don’t need to do too much just get some role players that can actually make shots they were missing vando if he was out there the series might’ve turned out different because of his defense and rebounding not saying they would’ve won but it might’ve been a different series and cam was out too at least we could’ve put another hood defender out there I wouldn’t blow the team up I’d trade Reaves and maybe rui

    We need to sign Dwight Howard, and then the next step is really really simple, but we just need to go back in time to never trade away Kuz and Caruso. Get Prime Kobe too while we’re at it. Then we can make it out of the first round

    Dlo is great but they need someone that’s gonna step up if he won’t be playing consistent in the playoffs lakers need a 3rd reliable scoring option Dlo is too inconsistent

  • @Infinityflow0

    Easy. Fire Ham and get a reliable center. Ideally, I hope they could get brogdon and turner. Tbh hayes could have been that guy if they had been patient and developed him properly. Ham didn't, and he could not put another center alongside AD to gaurd Jokic as a result.

      I would think that 3-D wings would be more important, but I do see your point about a center. Brogdon would be a great pickup.

    I HIGHLY disagree with you Kenny. Like Rui said after yesterday’s loss, the best teams that are winning right now have been together 2-3+ years. I think the best options is to run it back and try to find a decent center. And most importantly, a more competent coach. I strongly believe that would produce better results than star hunting (as proven by the Westbrook trade and this year’s Phoenix Sun)

    Jokic was out there throwing up the sky hook against everyone but AD. The dude was un-guardable for the Lakers unless AD was on the court.

    Agree the lakers are a good team, the western conference is just too good. 3 of the top 4 nba teams in your own conference is tough.
    I think the Lakers need to bring in another solid big man to help out AD, a veteran player, Conley would’ve been great, and instead of focusing on a star they need role players. The role players they brought in didn’t help much. But the team is solid

    We should blow it up and get as much draft capital as possible. It's better to be bad with assets than to be bad and directionless

      You do know that you’re the Lakers right? They’ve only been bad during the end of Kobe’s career HISTORICALLY. You stay the course and you’ll be fine

  • @theSageofFire
    @theSageofFire Месяц назад

    The lakers should not try to acquire a third star. Good 3-D wings alongside a guard replacement for Russell would do a lot in raising the ceiling of this team. If the lakers feel the absolute need to trade for an all star caliber player then that should be dejounte Murray, so they don’t absolutely demolish their depth.

  • @DanielRidore
    @DanielRidore Месяц назад

    They need a better coach who draws up plays for them. The late game offense has been terrible. Most of the roster pieces are good, but I'd get rid of Dlo if he opts in. If the Lakers can get a defensive big they can beat the Nuggets. They did an great job defensively with Murray, but Porter killed them. But I think the Nuggets are in trouble in terms of repeating as champions. Their starts are the only ones that score. They don't get much contribution from their bench at all.

  • @MaoDopamineDong

    Lakers would be stupid to rebuild. They get more media impressions than the championship nuggets just by making the Play-In. NEVER REBUILD.
