I know what you mean about it being too sweet. I don’t like things too sweet either. I’m wondering if you could have lopped off the elf’s head and emptied out the marshmallows? Maybe you could do it with the white chocolate one?
My favourite Christmas Eve drink is Canadian Rye Whiskey and club soda with a maraschino cherry. Just the one drink. I never buy fancy coffees. Plain coffee with double cream for me. No sugar!! Lol

I never thought about emptying the marshmallows out, that's a good idea, thank you. Your favourite drink sounds nice. Alcohol wise I only drink dry Martini with lemonade and ice. We don't really drink very often. Thank you for watching 😊
Hi Maria Thank You for trying these, even though you do not like hot chocolate. You could always try the chocolate stirrers they do, dont think they have marshmallows. I dont know about you but i am having real trouble finding Cadburys Hot Chocolate Powder in the supermarkets. Great video Thank You xx
I don't think I've seen the stirrers. I've not looked for the Cadbury hot chocolate powder for a long time. No one really drinks it very often. My daughter Lisa picked up a tin of cocoa powder which she uses for cooking and making hot drinks with. I imagine the cocoa may be a bit stronger than the chocolate powder.

I've never tried the Aldi Baileys as I don't drink it. I always think it looks nice to add to coffee or desserts if you like it.
@therichardsonssimpleliving maria oh the aldi version of baileys is lovely in coffee or hot chocolate I find it not claggy as the proper baileys is I only drink baileys the aldi one at Christmas I don't drink anything else
Hello Maria another great video throughout the year I'm a tea drinker I used to like coffee but one day my taste buds went and everything tasted of salt even chocolate or plain sugar it was really weird the doctor said it was stress it lasted 3 months! After that ordinary coffee never tasted the same but at Christmas I love Starbucks Eggnog latte and Costa's Gingerbread Latte I've tried all those melt in hot milk chocolate bombs even expensive ones and I just don't like them they are too sweet and hardly taste of chocolate if I have a hot chocolate at home it's Cadburys I purchased a Hotel Chocolat velvetiser but I just didn't like it growing up my parents always made Horlicks or Ovaltine I sometimes I still have one I was always a suckly child so my Mom would feed me malt extract from a jar or Horlicks tablets and Lucozade in the orange film wrapper I miss seeing those old bottles oh I forgot on Christmas eve I always have a few snowballs reminds me of my Gran she always loved Warnicks advacat at Christmas
I don't think I want to try the chocolate bombes again, I can't stand the sweetness. I'm mostly a tea drinker but I do like a costa latte or the occasional coffee made with all milk. Dean is the other way round, he used to be well known in our family for tea drinking, then one day he stopped and now only ever drinks coffee. He likes caramel latte but I couldn't touch that, yuk! I've never tried a Starbucks. I remember my mum having horlicks and ovaltine, she'd give me & my brothers a hot drink before bedtime, it was a choice of horlicks, ovaltine, chocolate or warm milk. I always had warm milk as that was the only choice I liked. I haven't seen or had advocat for donkeys years. When I was a teenager my dad always let me have a babycham at christmas. I don't know if I'd like it now.

@therichardsonssimpleliving it's weird isn't it how you can just stop drinking tea or coffee and change to the other I like a Babycham sometimes on Christmas Eve but for some reason it gives me a headache 😂 thank you for taking the time to make your videos
@@NoName-y6w3p I don't really dink, but I'll have a martini with lemonade and ice at Christmas. Tesco have bottles of Martini on a club card offer of £8 at the moment. I've bought one, I might get another! 😂
