I had a Panasonic radio installed 2 and a half years ago by my local Car Toys. Recently, all my preset stations started giving me information about getting 100 additional channels. Then my Radio stations returned but for only a couple of days. I suddenly couldnt keep my presets. Sirius refreshed it twice to no avail. They told me to take it to the installer which was Car Toys. The guy looked at it for less than a minute, then told me I need to send it in for 6-8 weeks for repair or get a new one for $350. For a touchscreen. That does not sound right at all. Plus, when I push the presets on their now, that is probably by default, the stations do change. If the touchscreen doesn’t work, I wouldn’t even get the defaults. Also, I no longer get anything on my 6 location. Help please. Thanks.
