If i remember right the US still has some from the Testing back than 7 and uses them still for some test as experimental robotic vehicle. + Rheinmetall is offering a "Digital Wiesel" as a basis for the US Army's Robotic Combat Vehicle program.
No stabilizer. The advantage is not to fight at the move but to have the mobility to change your Position After taking out enemies. 15-20 years ago 4 Wiesel traumatized 16 NATO battletanks in a canadian maneuver for getting simulated kills of 50%+ Not Even been spotted… that Showed that this airdropped Unit is probably the best light support heavy weapon carry for Everything which is not moving behind the big Hammer forces. Compared to costs there will be not Many comparable things in military equipment.
Wiesel MK1 dont have it it has an MK 20 Rh 202 from 1960-1976. Wiesel 2 has tow, Stingers + depending on Version but the replacement "LuWa" (Air-mobile weapon carrier) will have an Rheinmetall BK-27 that is stabilized
Am i the only one who just sees a mini panzer 2 with a 20mm?

This would be perfect for the 2d and 3d Cavalry Regiments in the US Army.

Heheee it smol, cute little pewter shooter
Is the cannon stabilised so you can fully exploit the speed or does the Wiesel need to come to a complete stop before firing?
As far as i know the wiesel doesn't have a stabilizer
