every god damn time i see people comparing chainsmokers and seventeen, it frustrates me. this is edm. a general edm beat sounds particularly similar. chainsmokers are not the only one who uses edm and they are not the one who invented edm. i understand they sound particularly similar but that is because of the edm beats. what frustrates me the most is people accusing seventeen plagiarizing chainsmokers. woozi especially with the other producers did not stay up late nights and sacrifice their health and time to be accused of plagiarizing because of a general edm beat. they put a different way to stylize the song which makes them different than other edm songs. i hope people would understand that.
