This is great Quality Control. Checking to ensure the product is 100% ready to be delivered. If you're using a VA for proofing, I recommend checking their work every so often such as once a month, just to make sure they are staying up to your quality standards and prevent them from falling behind.

People please never ever send photos to your clients without going through each of them and putting your own touch. Totally agree with everything on this video.

Thanks for sharing mike always love watching your videos. Great to hear the suggestion about numbering your photos for spiro. I'm in the process of migrating to their platform and found the similar issue. You've been an integral part of my journey growing my real estate media business. Keep up the great work.

Thanks Mike, again a great video with super useful info! I’ll have to try Spiro now and see if I can make it work for my clients im Germany It’s in different language, we don’t have MLS etc but there’s nothing comparable out here for the real estate market.

a VA! Can't believe I hadn't thought of this! Getting a bit tired of the morning mad dash of getting the kids ready for school, final proofing the photos, uploading them, and then heading out for the first shoot. Any VA recs? 😉

Yeah. A VA can be a huge asset! Mine was referred to me so I unfortunately don’t have any recs.

Love your work and resources that you provide a new business owner like myself. What are your thoughts on "grass greening" especially during the winter when most yards are dormant. I strive for accuracy with my work but have played with the idea of greening for a while.

I usually just ask the realtor if they want it to be green or stay realistic to what the buyers will see.

Easy to address that issue. I deliver both and let them decide on what to use.

Do you do this before starting your shoot day? Or at the end of the day?
