I’m chronically ill, my variety comes from documenting the weather, what I eat, symptoms and side effects, what I do around the house, Duolingo or other things that help better myself, volunteer time, shows I watch (alone or with my kids or husband) and a short review of it. Doctors appointments, testing, new things I learn (illness or general information), and of course…current events. I love looking back at things that happened and having my own pov that I may have forgotten. For me, wo2p (week on 2 pages) layout gives me paragraph sized boxes, so I don’t feel the need to stretch out find “filler journaling”, just fill out an entire page. If it’s just a bad day and I don’t feel like journaling, I can put pretty stickers there and skip that day (on paper lol) Loved all of your tips, great video ❤
To an outsider my life is boring. But to me, it is chaotic, hectic, and fun-filled. I write every single day. Sure some days I literally write the same thing as the day before, but other days are so filled with medical details about my husband, or myself. I wish my life was boring. I love this video! Great job!
I've been binge listening to your videos while having new windows installed in my house. I can relate so much to what your are saying!! I journal daily. It's my therapy. As a fellow Christian, I also love your ideas about highlighting the different categories in your Bible Studies. I made myself a key and I'm going to start doing the same! Such great tips!! Thank You so much for sharing. God Bless!!
Thank you so much, I'm glad I watched to the end as once you started talking about our stories that really spoke to me. So much so I grabbed a gorgeous book I had been saving which has gorgeous floral art and the word Beauty on the cover! This is now where I will write all the beautiful things I see in my day, I really need to reflect on these little things as I have been loosing myself in the mundane loneliness of life. Thank you so much for this inspiration, I've always loved writing but never knew what to write! Much love and God bless
I have videos about the journals I use in my journaling for beginners playlists or you can do a search on my channel for any of my journal line-up videos 😉
Love listening to you and seeing your journals. What books are you using in this video for your memory keeping? They look like 8x11 size. Soft covered? What brand?
My life is actually boring. I seldom go outside except with my husband(I have agoraphobia) and I am alone for most of the day. I have hobbies, lots of hobbies, but I seldom have the motivation to do any of them. I seldom have moments of joy, unless you call falling asleep watching RUclips joyful or sitting on the toilet with yet another attack of diarrhea joyful? I am on year 2 of writing my five year diary and really every day does look pretty much like the previous. I don’t do anything, or see anyone. There is no story to tell so I actually question why I am even bothering.
Even with the truly mundane and boring, things change unexpectedly sometimes and we suddenly yearn for those boring days again. Continue writing, down the road when we lose someone unexpectedly, have to move house, get sick, we crave these days and wish we would've appreciated the boring

I would love it if you shared your testimony some day. I love hearing how people came to the Lord.

Thank you! It’s from a shop called Altar’d State but I bought it quite a few years ago www.altardstate.com
I had these days, but right now... mostly it's too stressful and too eventful that I get tiered so fast, so I journal less :(
My next video is going to be on life feeling too busy 😉 stay tuned
