I am a swansea season ticket holder. It is one of the few derbies which is based on pure hate. It is the equivalent of the el classic with Barcelona having second city syndrome over Madrid as you can see the passion. It is in my opinion one of the most passionate derbies in the UK. I love your videos.

Nice video! I wasn't aware of such rivalry in Wales... In Spain there are two derbies tougher than RMadrid vs Barsa... these are Sevilla vs Betis and Real Oviedo vs Sporting Gijon (both now in Second div)... both also are pure hate since early morning before the match...

In the R Oviedo vs Sporting matches it's very curious to see in the ground both teams' fans fighting and insulting the other team ... but suddenly they stop to sing all together the Asturian anthem ("Asturies, my fatherland") ... and after that, keep fighting...

For me are those places most famous for Rugby
Most agree that millennium stadium in Cardiff looks fantastic, which was almost completed when I visited Cardiff
I also remembered that Ninian park looked really something your cat has dragged inside

Both grounds Ninian Park and Vetch Field were getting a bit old and tired.

I've been a Season Ticket Holder at Swansea City for most of my life and I can promise you The South Wales Derby is anything but boring.
It might not be one of the most well known/popular derbies but I can promise you it is one of those rear derbies that is based on pure hatred between both sets of fans.
Some call it the 2nd ElClásico mainly cause like Barcelona in Spain Swansea are the 2nd biggest City in Wales.
This match means everything to both sets of fans. There are some Cardiff City fans that use to see Bristol City as their main rivals. This is mainly due to the fact that Cardiff City and Bristol City used to play each other much more often and therefore seen as the bigger Derby. However since Swansea and Cardiff have been on par with each other the past 2 decades or so that is no longer the case.
Cardiff had arguably their best chance to do the double over Swansea on Saturday however we now know that they didn't take that chance and from the 1st minute of the game never looked like taking it either.
Great video by the way. Keep up the good work.
