Thanks for posting these ,they are enjoyed . If we post me getting 3 points the video would be longer than this . The closest to this in my area is snooker and everyone who play it living on the tables. You have to live this game to be good at it. Wonderful to watch .
At about 6 minutes in, Marco's cue ball ended up really close to the red ball. Based on the interaction with the referee and Mr. Zanetti, I'm deducing that there is some kind of rule that the cue ball and the red ball can be spotted, in order to create separation of the balls to make them more playable. All I know about 3 cushion billiards is the basic rules on how to score the point. What are the conditions when the balls can be spotted and does it only apply when the shooter's ball is close to the red ball? Or can this occur on every shot if the shooter elects? This is the first time I've seen this scenario occur. (I've watched a few matches, not many.) My background is that I'm a league poolplayer. There are no 3-cushion tables or facilities within hundreds of miles of where I live. But I'm interested in the sport.
Balls have to be respotted if the cue ball of the player at the table is touching any other ball.

What if the 1st object ball disturbs the other object ball, but your cue ball still hits 3 rails and the other object ball? Is that still a point? What if you hit the 1st object ball more than once, but still manage 3 rails + the other object ball with your cue ball? Lastly, why did the ref soft reset the red and the players cue ball (placing red on foot string, and cue on head string), mid inning?

Other commenters have stated, that it is hard to see in the video that two balls were touching, the player in the case Zanetti has the option to allow the ref to move one of the balls to a fixed position on the table. He chose to do this. Thus the board was "reset"

@@justabrake player can decide rather allow ref to move ball to fixed position or not.
ref was waiting for zanetti's call..
The other way is you could shot course to the cushion first. with try not to touch stuck ball.
@@justabrake 5:50 guesture means release the balls and put it in spots. (only 2 frozen balls moves, not the other one.)

Zanetti è diventato estremamente ingiusto. Il biliardo è ancora uno dei pochi sport da gentiluomini e Zanetti si comporta come una clava durante la partita. Dovrebbe frequentare una scuola di galateo o ritirarsi dallo sport da torneo attivo. È insopportabile e la Federazione internazionale dovrebbe finalmente prendere provvedimenti. Molti atleti attivi dovrebbero avere il coraggio di affrontare questo comportamento inappropriato.

It certainly wasn't a memorable match but when Sanchez doesn't win, strangely the matches aren't good 😆😂
