    I have only been on WW for about 2 weeks now but what I like is if I indulge, I don't feel like I blew the entire diet. Unlike keto, if you screw up it kicks you out of ketosis. Which can be a pain to get back into. I am really liking the freedom of WW. So glad I joined. Thanks for all the tips.

    Try cauliflower rice for 0 points .I will sub it for regular rice and I don't know the difference 😂

      I do most the time but sometimes I like to have regular rice. Especially when I’m trying to up my calories a bit. But this coconut rice was so weird tasting 😂

      As of today 61 pounds on WW. I lost about 20 on my own before starting WW.

    Do you like the Great Value frozen broccoli cuts? I don't! I think it has too many stems. I prefer the frozen broccoli florets. You should try it. I really like your channel!

    Have you happen to try the Frenchs dill pickle mustard yet? I seen it in the store the other day and I haven’t tried it yet but I really want to.
