इसमें सबसे बड़ी समस्या ये है की अगर कोई आदमी जिसको इस तरह का कॉल आता है, और उसको यह पता चल जाए की यह फ्रॉड कॉल है, तब भी आप उसको कहीं कंप्लेंट नहीं कर सकते और बता नहीं सकते की ऐसे fraud चल रहा है।
यहां पर सिर्फ इस चीज का प्रोविजन है कि, जब आपका कट जाए तभी आप कंप्लेंट कर सकते हैं।

I have complained so many times," this is what happens at last, the complaint will be transferred to local police station nearest you, you will be summoned and they will ask you to drop the complaint, because they can't do anything" 3 literally 3 complaints i have drop due to the pressure, my friend got frauded , when police received my complaint they summoned us humiliated us and tell us to drop the charges.

I was not expecting that. Ab main complain karne ke liye apna paisa to nhi lutwane wala. We live in India. There is nothing this nation is good at.

Qki abhi mere sath hi dokha hua h muje times job se call aya kaha apki id deactivated hogai h qki maine kaphi dino se login nhi kiya tha unhone kaha 50 rs m activated hojayega toh unhone link send kiya toh maine socha 50 rs h toh payment krdeta hu tabhi payment karne par muje 10000 debit hone ka msg aya

Even though I didnt lost any money, I did filed a complain. Got a call from nearby police station. He asked me that have you lost any money? I said no but someone outthere is loosing money to them. You should catch them. The police responded that we usually do not even go out to look for the details if the scam is not of greater than 50-60 lakhs. He wrote down a note on my behalf that my complaint is resolved and I don't need any further action and just asked me to sign and leave.

I have registered a complaint About Rs. 5000 theft in June 2020. Police summoned me and told me ki ese complaint se kuch nahi hota logo ke lakho rupees fase hai. Aap sign kar dijiye and case closed kar dijiye.
This is the harsh reality but I still recommend to Atleast Complain even there is no Solution.
This will help future generations
They should add a way where we can report websites and numbers that are trying to scam people. I mean, the scam isn't yet happened but I see this website/person can actually scam people. Take action before it happens no.

I am very disappointed with the progress India is making in the internet space. Firstly the scammers are calling and abusing us. Now the cybercrime website is not sending otp for registeration. My respect for the youtubers who hack these scammers have increased.

The case gets transferred to local police who called me up and said to give up the complaint as no money was lost. I complained regarding an attempt to fraud in phone pe. There is barely any seriousness from the government.

Please make a detailed video series on how and where to make a complaint on consumer fraud, from A-Z till how to approach a "ncnzx theconsumer court for grievence redressal. I was defrauded by a investment firm called by NESTRA CAPITAL ( a SEBI registered firm based in MADHYA PRADESH) by making me trade in options, I clearly had told them of my risk appetite and they made promises of high returns which they never stood on and I am in loss of 1.5 lacs now. Your video series will also help other victims like me

Have done 3 complaint so far .. they don't bother to check or investigate. It will remain pending for few days and later they transfer to local police. And local police don't even know how degital payment works and what they have to done with such complaint. I guess they only investigate higher amount fraud.

Ok, let me complete the story after registering your complaint on that cyber crime website you can track for months and nothing will happen.
The registered complaint on cyber crime website was forwarded to your local police station.
And they will call you after 6 months to come and they will ask you to write down a application to cancel your complaint.
Already been there, done that.
Justice was better, when we were living in the cave, atleast it was in our hand.
Actually customers have to be vigilant and alert all the time before clicking on suspicious links or during UPI transactions (these days they try to swap ur sim card since everyone knows UPI is directly connected to sim card once u have access to someone's sim card u can have access to their bank details so never entertain sim card change or deactivation calls)but problem is of internet literacy in india which is too much low

Lakho main complaint karega to hi action hoga .wah bhai wah. Gareebo ka koi Sahara nahi . Agar chahiye to bahut kuch ho sakta hai per karta kuch nahi. I don't think tracking transaction account is impossible.so don't they track and do fir on them. A detailed video is appreciated

Someone tried the fraud on me so i just complained about it on cybercrime. They told me to come to the police station to file a report, and because i didn't lose anything i asked to close the complaint

Sir i have reverse hacked the scammernand did this practically with all the details so that the fraudster can be caught very easily.
Outcome: 2 months later the complaint is transferred to my local police station and they want me to file my statement again. Then file an affidavit in court.
So, i wasn't scammed. I helped to catch scammer. But if this is how I have to do it... Why would I help the gov?

Someone is posting job vacancy in udupi power project. But in reality, there is no power plant in udupi. He made a website and copied content from other website. It looks authentic but when you search about CEO, CFO etc. You'll find that they are from other company. I paid fees for after reading the ad. Thinking that I'll get gov job with 6LPA . But my transaction failed. I searched about ceo, cfo and I got to know reality. After complaining for 3 days, I got my money back from Paytm. Thanks God I didn't lost my money. I complained on cybercrime site. But after 3 month, I found that ad in text message. Website was still there. He was also posting that ad on job platforms like naukri, monster, shine etc.
Nothing happens cybercrime online complaint is a joke... No action is taken at all by the authorities

Sirf fraud mein phas jane pe hi complaint kar sakte h ya fraud detect karne pe bhi, bcs agar koi aisi call kare or m samajh jau ke fraud h, to vo next time kisi aur ko bakra banayega
