I have tried all 3 models, I recently bought the Alpha fins after using the viper delta for 2 years and I have to say what struck me was the big difference in weight between these fins. The alpha fins are very heavy they are almost twice as heavy as any of the other two in the water they feel very comfortable and the propulsion is very good but after a long swim I felt my calves more tired than usual I am not entirely convinced as they weigh a lot it is true that the design is brutal, the Viper Delta are much lighter and are just as comfortable maybe they propel a little less but you also get tired less than with the alpha fins both fins are very good but I think the alpha fins are very heavy.
Nice comparison vid. Was thinking about getting a pair of Viper Deltas as i've owned Viper V5's for the past 15yrs But recently purchased PRIDE VULCAN V3 FINS - Bella Retro Model. Absolutely froth the color combo.........would of loved to see them added to the comparison list. Maybe next time

How’s the foot pockets compare?
The Nmd foot pocket is super long. Too long tbh and they are bloody heavy too.
