I was hoping you could make additional videos describing the reason why there's not a significant pool of applicants compared to previous years, it was very competitive. In the West coast, agencies are offering sign up bonuses ranging from 10-35 thousand dollars. However, there is not enough applicants. Considering the benefits, pay and multiple days off, why do you believe there is a lack of applicants? Do you see the job gaining more applicants in the future

So I’m just about to apply now to my deputy position but I’m just curious what math I can expect on there just so I make sure I’m fresh on that subject. I’m okay at math I’ll be fine but knowing roughly what to expect will help if you could please let me know

If there are any questions, it would be basic math. Most of the questions on their center around English comprehension, grammar, critical, thinking, punctuation, and fill in the blank words within a certain fixed amount of spaces.
