This is the third in a four-part series with astrologer SJ Anderson. In this episode we focus on Uranus's forthcoming transit through Gemini, from July 2025 to May 2033. This is important because every time Uranus has passed through Gemini since the United States of America was born, the country has been at war. We examine the three great wars that have shaped the US during these periods: the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, and the Second World War.
Interestingly, it's not only astrologers who have noticed this pattern. A number of geopolitical analysts have too, and they're predicting a period of crisis for the US in the late 2020s. What's coming? We consider the possibilities.

As a historian, I am usually driven to distraction by the shoddy historical understanding of most astrologers. Yours, however, is spot on. An excellent, thought-provoking piece of work. I'm not sure how you turned up in my feed, but I will definitely be watching.

You can do the same with Uranus in Taurus for Russia. Go back 84 years 2 or 3 times. It will include Sevastopol.

What's more scary is they had to do that, because for the first time in American history, a current president was actively trying to prosecute a previous president.
Your mentioning about Uranus in Gemini and the shape of the "elegant" basket formation seeming auspicious as well as a symbol of war could be that there are two outcomes for the masses depending on how things play out. Gemini is the sign of the twin, so there could be two alternate realities, yes war but also this banding of masses in communication, ideas for peace and positive change. (air sign communication)
That would make sense it seems as if we have online revolutions of sort (& rightfully so)
I'm amazed that it's not obvious to most astrologers that Uranus is in exaltation in Gemini -- NOT Scorpio. Makes so much more sense, and history bears it out.
Wrong. Uranus has dignity in Aquarius, detriment in Leo, EXALTATION in SCORPIO and fall in Taurus. You will notice that the dignity and detriment are in opposite signs as is the exaltation and fall. All four signs are on the Fixed Cross (of signs) which is the Soul consciousness aspect. Uranus is the esoteric ruler of the Fixed Cross and is a sacred planet. Read the chapter in, 'Soul-Centered Astrology' pp 310 - 312, by the late and great astrologer, Alan Oken, and particularly Uranus in Scorpio to know how and why it works in exaltation.

Did slavery actually end? Or did it just expand to include the rest of us?
Only Jews have ever kept slaves in America, and now they keep all of America as Slaves via the federal reserve. Which is neither a federal entity but is private. And has no reserves whatsoever.
That part. It reshifted, reorganized. Important subtle contexts are not in this video. Capitalism, or at least a new wave of it began at the end of the civil war. It was infantile and deceitful but the start of a new slave era. By the end of WW2 as well there was economic prosperity for business, as well as a subtle realization that many Americans were still not free.
@@EasilyAmused42 agree....just changed to wage slavery. Slavery was the way to get "employees" in the old days. There were no schools and everybody in America has their own land to live off and their own businesses. For a rich plantation owner, there is literally nobody who is going to work for you. So, you "buy" your employees. That's how it was. But, the slaves started running away and the banks had to "repo" their slaves because the loans stopped being paid if the slave ran away. The solution? Mandatory schooling for American children to groom then to take over for the slaves and recruiting in Europe to get people in America who didn't own their own land and had to get a "job", the new form of slavery.
TBH, it was the whole point of the Sibley chart of 1784 and the shift to debt slavery via fiat currency from the literal brute slavery of the previous 250 years. Saturn sliding over Uranus in the Sixth House in Gemini would be an interesting chat.

@@lizzie354 I hesitate to comment because online discourse is so heavily polarised in recent times… I’m not American so I have less attachment to the outcomes, but we are all in this together! I made this comment just after the failed assassination attempt, so make of that what you will. I honestly don’t believe either side is “good” for humanity, rather, we are seeing an overturning of traditional power structures and institutions, and it’s all part of the story we are all in. The current figurehead overturning the previous order is not a saviour or a worthy leader, merely playing the part at this moment in time. I hope to not create any conflict with these comments, all the best to you in these interesting times.

After listening to the Uranus in Gemini periods mentioned, I looked up 1607 which is the founding of the first British colony in America at Jamestown. Interestingly, Uranus moved into Gemini on May 15, 1607 and the original settlers arrived in Jamestown in April 1607. Also intereting, Pluto changed from Aries to Taurus on May 10, 1607.

I am a Civil War Historian, having served on the West Virginia Sesquicentennial; Commission of the Civil War, and nearly all of us count the beginning of the Civil war to John Brown’s Raid, which took place on 16-18 October, 1859, in Harper’s Ferry, WV (then Virginia). Fort Sumpter is the first naval battle, but there were skirmishes that took place from the Brown Raid until the Confederacy seceded.

@@becksss2672 Well, there is a LOT of literature about how specific civilians lived in specific regions during the Civil War. It would be a misnomer to think that there is any one way or that civilians experienced a uniform experience during the war (white men, white women and former enslaved Africans are only three of the many groups that come to mind who experiences are VERY different. The latter group were only deemed Americans at the end of the war).
Then, the geographic diversity (where someone was during the war) is also going to determine how they lived and what their lives were like. Someone from Maine who sent a son to the Maine Volunteers and someone who lived in Vicksburg, MS who did the same, sending their son to the Confederacy, have vastly different experiences, although they lived through the same war.
So, perhaps you could be more specific in your request? What is it that you wish to know specifically?
I agree more with liberation vs “war”. We as a people simply are not set up to participate in a “war“ like the Civil War or revolutionary war, but certainly are set up to fight for liberating various populations of people not only within the US, but those we hold hostage through imperialism. Certainly, it could come to war-like actions in various areas, but if you look at the theme of liberation, it makes a lot more sense that the war, if it comes, will only be a result of no other way to provide that liberation.
This, I think the “revolution” is against imperialism & capitalism which seems to be the common denominator in most worldwide issues as of late with most people fed up with it

I had recently watched Ablas Roland Legrand Astrology on upcoming changes in 2024-pretty sure he was talking about next year anyways-. So he mentioned Uranus moving into Gemini on April 20th or 21st. I recall this specifically as he indicated the affect will show up as life altering events in our lives ( give or take a week). This got my attention and imagination, of course.🤓☁️💭

Really really good episode. I don’t know if it is wishful thinking but I can see there are good reasons to think that basket could work very positively. But another interesting piece for the United States scenario is that by the time of that configuration is formed, Pluto will be at 2 degrees of US chart south node conjunction which builds on the idea of crisis period.

you could also add Peter Turchin and Harry Dent as two more non-astrologers arguing for cyclical models of time - Dent has three cycles of 30, 85, and 250 years 😏 cyclical time’s recent revival after its rejection the last century is a good sign

Thank you, @Sid! Funny how many people believe in law of attraction or manifesting something but they look at prayer like something obsolete and antiquated, primitive. God's real. We can pray for peace! It's something that changes the way some things turn out. Even if people wish to blame something other than connection to/with the Divine, at least if more people are on their knees imploringly they're going to be too busy doing that to be waging war and hurting or exploiting the vulnerable and refraining from practicing compassion towards all living things! We're all connected to each other living person, animal, or plant even if "only"energetically. Energy is a real thing, so is prayer and faith. 🙏 So is the Creator, God. 90 percent of your video is dedicated to the guest, not yourself, which is AWESOME. Was frankly tired of the talking head videos focusing on the personality coloured by the biases and likes/dislikes of the astrologers themselves. The constant shift between past, future, and how it ties into the present is brilliant. Going forward, I hope this will be the standard of astrology RUclips and more people start using photos, B-roll, and other elements in their final cut. The historical and geopolitical context is just stunning. All the cycles just tie in perfectly in this decade with culmination in 2030.
Everything seems to be coming together - Graham Hancock and Randall Carlson's predictions for another cataclysm from the skies, coronal mass ejection/pole reversal/erath crust displacements, and Archaix (Jason Breshears) / Suspicious Observers and Tartaria/Atlantean resurgence/reawakening. We are most definitely heading into a techno dystopian future, a mix of 1984 / Brave New World / Fahrenheit 451 / Soylent Green / Bladerunner 2049 / Mad Max. Everything will be revealed including the deep state, three letter agencies, media, banks, and corporations that have waged an all out war on Western citizens since the end of WW2. Look at the transits on 7/11/26. Moon in Gemini, Uranus in Gemini trine Pluto, sextile Neptune, conjunct Mars and square Venus with Sun conjunct retrograde Mercury...Add Jupiter opposing Pluto & Sun squaring Saturn>looks like a lot of CHANGES
The Us either destroyed countries that were abandoning the petrodollar: Libya, Iraq, Iran. And threatened to do the same to some countries but could not muster up the usual sufficient war hysteria against them:: Venezuela and Syria. Syria is a special case. Allied with Russia, it refused to let the Gulf states build a pipeline across it to the Mediteeranean Sea. So we armed and supported rebels aligned with A Queda and the Islamic State. But our efforts and theirs failed.

No you’re not missing anything, by late April Uranus, Neptune and Pluto will all have changed signs “for good”. That’s what’s being referred to there. But Jupiter will join them a bit later in the year, and we get the perfect four degree configuration in July
Question regarding the next Uranus in Gemini. Could the U. S. have another civil war? The upcoming 2 eclipses in October 2023 and April 2024 seems to split the country in half with Texas being the central crossing point. Looking at the eclipses journey triggered that thought.

I think the change has already started with America forming new strategic military and trade alliances with countries like Japan and India. Also, the recent creation of AUKUS, a far reaching military alliance between Australia, UK and USA is clearly a change of direction for the US. Also, NAFTA has set up North America to be the global centre for manufacturing and consumption.
And the recent announcement by the US Department of Energy regarding a successful fusion reaction may be related to the country’s Pluto return? Or Mars conjunct America’s natal Uranus?
New power generation technologies would fit with the astrology of the decade. The US has its Uranus at 8 Gemini, where the last Pluto-Neptune conjunctions took place in 1891-2. And that period was when Tesla was working. And Pluto and Neptune will be making exact sextiles again from 2026. I think you may be on the money about the fusion news coming out with Mars close to that point.
In the Ageless Wisdom Teachings by Alice Bailey and DK, it is stated that FUSION not fission is the way to go. The Dark State of USA military -corporation complex have this knowledge but are not sharing it as they want to keep the world in slavery to the oil, gas and petroleum economy dollars. The latest USA senate enquiry into the extra - terrestrial phenomena and information gained but kept secret delved into this.

We have some very bloody, dangerous and insane times coming. I don't know who is going to win the US presidency but I'm trying to obtain dual citizenship with two other countries just in case! It's terrifying. Algol will be conjunct Jupiter AND Uranus when the north node will be in Aries, the sign of war. We are heading into really dangerous times. So after listening to this video I am convinced the birth of India was not in 1947 but way early. So yes. Russia, the United States, and India faced the same fate but in different ways.

Very good series. TY. You two have an especially sharp way of summing out complex subjects. .... My 2 cents: The federal govt would be lucky to see Texas and others secede. Then it could focus on a green energy future without having to deal with the climate crisis that will whack Texas and its fellow seceding states.BTW, the Houston Chronicle did an analysis of the Texas economy that showed that the economy's growth was mainly due to federal spending in the state. If there is a split up there is going to be a huge refugee cris, with millions wanting to move out of Texas and allied states and head to the northeast especailly. Some group should be planning for a split "just in case." In addition to planning for refugees there woud have to be a way to ereneder the US military neutrala nd eventaully shred, at least for a fairly long times, between to 2-3 nations that emerge from the United States.
