Unfortunately, the message of this MV is not to appreciate your mother or something like. The mother in the MV bought a new purple backpack, which her daughter wanted to buy when her daughter was still alive but didn't have, and packed a lunch and brought it to a seawall. You know, this is a true story that happened last year. The reason why this MV doesn't show the daughter's death after the accident is because the mother doesn't get back her daughter's body yet. The total number of the victims is 295 (246 are students and the most of the rest are adults), 9 people are still missing including 4 students and 1 kid). The accident in the MV occurred in a school-trip bus while the real story did in a ferry, called Sewol. So the mother brought the lunch to a seawall for her daughter who is still in the cold and deep sea.
So this MV is a parallel to the sewol accedent?! That make is even more sad... I saw the news about it when it happend and cried then because it must have been so horrible for both those who where there and for people who knew them. Now there is no possible way for me to watch this without crying. //Bree
This video is about sewol 🚢 304people (most of them are students) died in cold deep water and this is one of the stories parents who lost her daughter because of this tragedy you can say "see you again" Korean version to 304 people. Of course you guys can't fucking understand. I am 15years old students in South Korea which make me sad when foreigner laugh at this tragedy song. I know my English grammar has a lots of problems but I hope you guys will rethink about your reactions to this song, this song is not just song to South Korean
Did you watch until the end? I was crying cause it was sad. I saw the news about sewol and cried. i thought it was horrible. That it shouldn't have happned. I'm sorry you see people laugh about it. We didn't know korean so non of us could understand the meaning behind this song. We could just react from the MV and how the melody and song sound. Later when we found out about the story behind I cried some more. The song and MV got ahole new meaning to me. I'm fine with you writing this, and you should stand up for people who do the wrong thing. Just next time, watch the whole thing to get the fact and scold me with that. Just cause i'm not korean does not mean i don't care about what happen in korea. I'm even learning korean to understand more //Bree
대배우 조민수님은 강한 분이세요. 뻔히 닭년 푸쉬를 받게될 것을 아셨을텐데. 아름다움 보다 더 멋진 강함을 보여주셨습니다.
