MORE, please! I particularly value the other video, replacing the STORM controller! (Comments were turned off). I own an OG STORM and while everything’s dandy right now, I will, eventually, be doing all my own repairs. I have a basic aptitude for mechanics having been a “hot-rodder” since the ‘70’s, but the electrical aspect…not so much. I’ve bought electrical handbooks and a multi meter some years back. But to SEE the repair being done is invaluable!!!
If the headset is too tight, the bearings will start to feel gritty or notchy. If that happens, due to the threadlocker, you'll want to redo the gearnut to swingarm install, and the lower hinge install.
We had that one made, but now we sell a nicer version. 66 Puller tool. minimotorsusa.com/products/66-lower-hinge-puller-tool?_pos=1&_psq=puller+tool&_ss=e&_v=1.0
