That amazon sticker might be a deal breaker for me, I hate when Netflix or these other corporations do that.

There are people on etsy that make stickers to cover the Netflix and Amazon marks on books.

I don't mind the generic art style (mostly because most of the original covers were embarrassing to begin with), but man I hate that stupid Amazon logo.

Yeah man. It's absolutely absurd that they release 2 bad (or at least horribly received, I have not watched so I don't know) seasons of a 15 book series and just put a damn unremovable sticker on all 15 books that sticks out.

I just started my Wheel of Time journey this year and just finished Eye of the World not too long ago. Luckily, I've been finding some of these books at some thrift store I sometimes go to. $2 for each book, not bad.

These editions are the only ones available in New Zealand (except maybe some really REALLY old second-hand bookstores) and I hate it so much cause I have to pay a shit ton extra (shipping whatnot) to get good ones with actual decent artwork.

I'm pretty sure the old covers aren't to be found anywhere in the world, except old books. Pretty sure there are no softcovers releasing with the old school covers (except for the mass market paperbacks, which are really cheap)

I don't like to buy hardcover editions of books because they are expensive But here the paperbacks( of wheel of time ) are ugly and they have that Amazon sticker which I hate soo much . And the trade paperbacks are equally expensive as hardcovers in my country (India). So I am going with hardcover. Also they are Chunky books so hardcover is the best option.

Most of them from Amazon but I found some old trade paperwork UK edition with the same covers as hardcover from some websites on which you can buy some old books.

Is there any way, I can find the trade paperback versions, but first hand?
      Hardcover or paperback, regardless.

These covers are unbelievably ugly. I caanot believe they decided to slap these cookie cutter bass ass covers on the paperbacks. Only the hardcovers have the cool old school classic covers, which sucks for people who prefer to read paperbacks.

Do you actually read all the books you buy?
