My favorite part of Glitcher is towards the end where the notes started repeating themselves, which makes it sound like Hex is lagging or about to crash. Good touch.
Canonically, the BF can talk, just speaks in beeps to avoid talking to others. In the lore Pico and the GF are the only two BF has talked to (from what I've heard, Pico was because fans jokes they dated, and ninjamuffin said it was official or something)
