- Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said the state "will not comply" with new changes to Title IX by the Biden administration, which offers added protections for transgender students.

Florida has a Great Governor.
This shouldn't be an issue, because students are under 18. No "transfer" decisions, operations, or pharms should be taken by children.
Irreversible operations such as this should only be taken when they are medically (including psychologically) advised.
Which should only be the case when an abnormality is concerned.
As far as I'm aware gender identity is not a real thing and therefore shouldn't be considered as a valid reason.
Mind you before comment, that I'm not american and my language doesn't have a word for "gender" specifically and neither does the language use gendered pronouns.

I don't want a man playing on a girl's sports team. I don't want my children to be taught this is normal. People must carefully vet their schools and homeschool if necessary. Our taxes should be lowered if we don't use these schools. Grants should be given to parents that homeschool.

If the Federal Government wants to withhold Federal funding, maybe the States should become Federal Tax sanctuary entities and withhold there Federal Tax contributions to the Federal Government.
