Ah yes, Time Thief. My favorite archetype of all time. If you want some fun stuff into the deck, add in Full Armored Xyz, Xyz Armor (when it releases), Xyz Armor Torpedo, Full Armored Dark Knight Lancer, and add in the Phantom Knights engine, which makes up of Rusty Bardiche, Silent Boots, two Raider's Wing, Shade Brigandine, and PK RUM Launch and Arc Rebellion Xyz Dragon. What you can do with this is start with Regulator, Tribute it for Winder and Bezel, grab Power Reserve, Xyz into a Rank 4, do whatever you need to, then rank the Xyz into Torpedo, detach one to two materials (depending if Xyz Armor is out yet), grab both Full Armor Xyz and Xyz Armor, then rank up again into Full Knight, go into Bardiche and send Boots to GY to set Shade and banish Boots to grab RUM and hold onto it. Then, during your opponent's standby, activate Power Reserve and summon both it and a TT from GY and then after it resolves, activate Full Armor Xyz to go into Redoer, and next turn get Hack and use RUM to rank up Redoer into Arc Rebellion and finish off your opponent using Hack to buff Rebellion, and with both Hack and the Xyz Armor cards, you can attack directly and do double damage. I just finished typing this after you got to Full Armor Xyz. But when Xyz Armor drops, this whole deck is gonna change.
You could combine it with Raidraptors. I found a ton of success with it, and I posted a few Time Thief cards on Neuron, which I can link for you if it would help out.

Nice deck profile, any advice for lvl 4 extenders to use instead of the tenyi package?
