La Jaap Dhyaan, "Meditation [sur la ] répérition "consiste à répéter continuellement un mantra, prenons la Gayatri comme exemple :
Il faut utiliser un JapaMala ( un collier de 108 perles plus 1, au bout avec un pompon ornant le tout ) ce mala peut être en Graines ( Rudraksha ou Lotus ) bois ( Santal, Rose, Palissandre, "Perles du Bouddha ", ) ou en pierre ( cristal, amethyste, corail rouge ect (il en existe une multitude ))
Ceci consiste à vous positionner en Padmasana, La Position du Lotus ( ou en Demi Lotus, c'est bien pour commencer ) face au nord ou a l'est apres avoir pris un bon bain ou une douche (et aussi vous avoir brosser les dents ) prendre votre Mala ( collier ) entre le pouce et le majeur ( 🔼JAMAIS avec l'index, il représente le sombre égo, qui est contre l'elevation de l'esprit, ne touchez jamais le Mala avec l'index non plus ) mais nous ne sommes pas encore la..
A partir de la grosse perle ( Sumeru ) vous récitez tranquillement à voix basse ou en tous cas il faut que vous entendiez ce que vous recitez un mantra. Vous continuer tranquillement a répeter n'importe quel mantra, celui que vous voulez ( j'en connais plein, je pourrais vous en conseiller ) en fermant les yeux et en visualisant la divinité qui concerne le mantra recité.
Ce que préconise les sages, c'est 40 jours de répétition .

En Hindi " Brzi " prononcé avec un léger son "a " en le "r" et le "z" s'écrit -ब्रज़ी et s'est par exemple un mantra pour l'abondance et la prospérité.. Votre nom vient peut être de cette racine.. C'est mon côté spirituel qui dit ceci, à vous de vous faire votre propre idée..
