I’m not taking health advice from a non fit person. If you sweat, you need salt and sugar. Floyd Mayweather swears so much he drinks Coca Cola after his workout just to get sugar. Not recommending that but sometimes after intense training sessions, I’m light headed and weak and a big Gatorade (not the zero sugar) gets me feeling good again.
