So just enough ingredients for a single person sized portion and a nice recipe to use it in. I remember from my single days, that while I could come up with something decent to cook for myself, I always had to buy like a big sack of potatoes, a big bag of pasta, etc., then having it lay around in my cupboard or freezer for a month. Shame you're not in my country, hoping it takes off.
