When I put down my dog after 15 long years I had this song stuck in my head for the duration of the final moments I spent with him. I don't know why this song but it really stuck with me since. I feel it gives it even more meaning to an already emotional song. Every time I hear it I can't help but think of my old pooch and feel all the emotions rushing back to me as if I am still there with him petting him goodbye in those last few moments. This cover is beautiful and evokes those same feelings in me, even after all this time.
