Agreed 100%. If you can believe it this home had no pets. Most of this soil that we see could have been alleviated by simply vacuuming once a week. I am hoping to get this customer on a cleaning regiment so that the soil does not get where it was. It is definitely not too late for those carpets.

I love clean carpets just as much as dirty ones. It’s all about the process. The results are a bonus. That’s not through everyones’ eyes but through mine. Where are you located? We are in Florida so we see lots of filthy floors here.
Even growing up with my 3 other siblings and many many pets and friends…our walls and floors were never even close to this dirty. Every inch of every wall in that house is filthy, I just can’t understand how, how????

What prespray do you normally use?
We use Black Label, no2 citrus booster, and for more soiled areas grout master. TMF solutions.

What was that steam machine you used to hear that red stain?
It’s a steamer for removing wallpaper. We use it in place of an iron to remove red stains.
